Team Tournament Fee deadline October 19, 2007, 4:00 p.m.
Team Tournament Fee $150 non refundable.
This fee is due at time of registration



Sixteen Team Slots Available

Team ages 16 and up



Team will provide their own team uniforms and color(s),
at the time of registration.


Tournament admission fee $5.00 before date of event
and $6.00 at door
